In this episode of Compete with the Stack, we are joined by Coach Mike Patterson. Coach Patterson is the Defensive Coordinator/LB Coach at Brophy Prep in Phoenix. It is a Catholic All boys school of 2300. They have been in the stack for 3 years now. Coach is also an assistant with the US National team.
We start off with Linebacker play. Stance, reads, fits, block destruction, and pass drops. We then move into Coverages out of the stack. They use Cover 3 and Cover 1 as a base coverage.
